A Spring Heat Wave

Is it summer? Nope just spring but it feels like summer. Isla has caught a little cold, poor thing  so we've been playing from home.
She was up two nights ago with a fever and she was so congested. She's such a sweet girl. When daddy brought her her Tylenol she was all teary eyed and let out a big "oooooo, googly goo ga go" *Heart melting* We know if she wakes up crying that she must be sick cause it's the only time she wakes up. I rocked her and put her back to sleep. Then I worried all night because I knew she was having a hard time breathing. She woke up the next morning fever free but really congested and just not looking like herself.

We started to get some cabin fever so today we went outside to play! It was beautiful out this morning.....85F and breezy!

She's so proud that she can get in and out of her car by herself now. It's the only way she was ever going to use it!

I think Wally likes the water table!
When we bought this house 6 years ago I fell in love with the corner lot/yard. It's hard to find a decent size yard here in So. Cal. Now that Isla is here I'm so happy to have a yard for her. We played in with her new water table, she rode in her cozy coupe and she ran around checking out the garden.

I can't wait till our strawberries are ready to be picked. She ate a carrot out of the garden yesterday and she loved it. I'm so exited to take her back to the farmers market tomorrow for some more fresh fruits and veggies.
