Beach Day

I grew up near the beach. In high school there was always something going on at the beach. I went through a phase after I got married where I didn't go to the beach very often and now that Isla is here I try to go as often as I can. I want to take full advantage of the beautiful beaches located just 15 mins from our house. Today we took Isla to North Beach in San Clemente. Alex and I used to visit this beach a lot when we were dating. I'm pretty sure Isla loves the beach as much as we do. I love how peaceful I feel when I'm there. I love how the sun drains you when you visit the beach. I love the smell, the water, the sand and I really love watching Isla take it all in. She plays in the sand, plays with the rocks, seaweed and points at the water. There are days she would just jump right into the water if I'd let her. Isla is the type of toddler that wants to see what the world has to offer her. She wants to dive right in.....She wants to say "Hi" to every person that walks by. She's just an amazing little girl......We're so in love with her.
