Isla woke so happy from her nap, the kind of happy that makes you think...."what is she doing in there?" I had a plastic bag full of all her clothes she had just outgrown ( I still need to buy a bin, Target anyone?) I had the bag next to her crib. I walk in her room to find her crib full of clothes! She was so happy to be pulling out all of her old clothes. "Isla what are you doing" She happily replied with a "balbagbagabagab" I ran to get the camera, how could I not? I got her out of bed and headed toward the stairs......I decided to take the camera because she was being so darn cute and I just had to take more pictures. Now we head down the stairs I reach for the camera and *CRASH* I hear it, I close my eyes and scream a word I shouldn't scream in front of my daughter! The camera fell from the second story down to the wood floor! "It's in the case, It'll be okay" It was so NOT okay! The camera is gone, broken, finished. Now I titled this "Oops I did it again" because this is the second camera I have dropped in 4 months.
When did I become such a klutz? When did I start dropping things, forgetting things, burning the toast, putting the milk in the pantry, having a brain that feels like a bowl of mush? Well I'll tell you when that started it was the end of May 2009 when I became pregnant with Miss Isla and it only gets worse I tell ya! Warning new mom's, "You will lose your mind!"
Did I freak out? Yes! Have I moved on? Yes! Do I realized a happy, healthy family is what's important? Yes! Will I be getting my 3rd camera of the year? Yes, but it will be a cheaper one because we all know I will probably drop the new one too!

Oh, I'm so sorry about your camera!! That really stinks. But you're right, your family and being happy is all that really matters....cameras can be replaced (even three times a year lol).
Isla is too cute, even when she's being mischievious!
Oh, yes, a brain...what is that! Haha! I love the pics..Gavin is a biter of the crib as well. "sigh" Oh well, at least it looked nice before he got teeth, right. :)
