28 Weeks + a Belly pic

It's offical, I've entered my third trimester. My belly is getting huge and I really can't believe I'm 28 weeks already. Daily life keeps us so busy that I really don't hve time to think about it much. Isla turned two and a half last week and I can't believe how fast life goes when you become a parent. I just brought her home from the hospital, didn't I? And now I have a new little one baking. She's such a big girl now! She falls asleep on her own at night, walks to her carseat, goes potty like a big girl, has opinions on just about anything and has full on conversations with us. I have a feeling deep down that she will love this baby boy. I know we'll have some jealousy issues but I think this is the perfect time to add to our family.

* How I'm feeling: Sore, sore, sore. I'm not going to lie some days just standing to do dishes can be pretty painful. The third trimester exhaustion has started and so has the swelling and heatburn. It's not all bad......his kicks, rolls and punches are pretty amazing to feel and watch.

*Weight Gain: Is a joke, I'm still struggling with this one! I'm not completly pigging out and I'm walking 2 miles 3-5 days a week. I do my p90 when I can but some of the moves are getting tough with the growing belly.

*Cravings: Decaf iced mochas are amazing right now, just about anything cold, tomatoes from our garden, fruit and bread.

I still feel like there is so much to do but really there isn't. We have the nursery 100% completed (pictures to come) I even have diapers in the changing table. I still need a few more items including a new breast pump. Did you all know breastpumps may now be covered by your insurance? I need to call and see what I can get. My nesting urge is kicking in but I have to wait a month and it's killing me! We're having our kitchen remodled this week and it will hopefully be done by the end of the month. Life is going to get a bit crazy here at the Beron's and I just can't wait for it to be finished so I can clean!

We're preparing Isla as much as we can can for her new brother. I try to explain that mommy will be having him and bringing him home to stay forever. She'll say "I want my baby home now!" "Come home baby!" It's truly adorable. She tells me she will help change his stinky poops and help push the stroller, we'll see. He'll be here before we know it and life won't ever be this easy again but he will be worth it.

28 weeks with Isla.....It was Halloween dress up day at the preschool!

Baby #2
Looking back on all my pregnancy pictures with Isla I'm looking exactly the same. I have a feeling this is going to be another 9lb baby!
